The anniversary 25th Summer Universiade will be held in Belgrade between July 1st and July 12th 2009. This will be this year’s biggest sports event in the world and the biggest sports event ever organized in Serbia.
More than 10 thousand student athletes from 140 countries will participate in 15 sports and 208 disciplines. Serbia will welcome athletes competing in athletics, judo, football, basketball, fencing, volleyball, swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, diving, artistic gymnastics, table tennis, archery, tennis, taekwondo and water polo.

NOTES:
Free entrance to will be granted to all spectators to the following events:
• Football – free entrance for all matches prior to the finals (taking place on July 10, 2009 at FC Partizan stadium.
• Archery
• Diving
• Tennis – free entrance for all matches taking place on SC Olimp. Entrance to matches taking place on Milan Gale Muskatirovic venue will be charged.
In addition to this, free entrance will be granted to the following categories:
• All spectators older than 65 years with a valid personal ID
• All university students and pupils with a valid student ID
