Information for foreign nationals visiting Serbia who do not require entry visa

Necessary documents when entering the Republic of Serbia:
- Valid Passport (note: ID cards are not valid for entry into the Republic of Serbia, and passengers who have no valid passport will be sent back on the same flight!);
- Return ticket (if traveling by plane, train or bus);
- Proof of sufficient funds in hard currency.

Information for foreign nationals visiting Serbia who are required to obtain visas

To obtain a Serbian visa please contact in person by telephone or by e-mail the nearest Diplomatic or Consular Mission of the Republic of Serbia. For the list of diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia, follow the link http://www.mfa.gov.yu/Worldframe.htm .

- Valid Passport;
- Letter of invitation (verified by the competent Serbian authority) or an invitation by a company for a business visit or a receipt or authorized tourist company certifying that the travel arrangement has been paid for (letter of credit or other payment receipt);
- Return ticket;
- Proof of sufficient funds in hard currency and
- Certificate that a health fund shall cover the medical costs in Serbia, if any.

For the purpose of obtaining visa, UB2009 Immigration Form, attached bellow, has to be filled in and sent to us. Once the Immigration form has been received, UB2009 OC will send you back the Invitation letter that you have to take to the Diplomatic and Consular Missions of Republic of Serbia.

Entry visas will be issued free of charge for all guests and delegations holding the official Invitation letter sent by the OC.

Other Countries – Republic of Serbia Diplomatic and Consular Missions on Non-Residential Basis

Due to the changes in the Immigration Law that came in effect on 01st April 2009, visa on arrival will not be available.

Please make sure you apply for the visa at the Diplomatic and Consular Missions of Republic of Serbia.
